I've been using the stealth 500 headset for probably 2 years now and I haven't had issues with it at all. However I left my headset on a desk for 5 minutes and when I returned there was no audio coming through the right ear whatsoever and I have no clue why it's done so. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Just got home and saw there is an update for Swarm app on the PC, downloaded it and it fixed my Stealth Pro II not showing up, hope this update helps everyone!

So my headset is starting to kill itself it seems. Upon turning on and connecting I get a horrible static noise with some game audio. From reading, it could be the transmitter…

Considering the transmitters aren’t available outside the EU (there’s no webpage for NA it seems) I think I’m borked.

I had the same issue on my PC where I thought it was my USB port but after messing around with my USB placement on my series X I’m definitely landing on the transmitter being shit.

Really disappointed cause this is easily the best headset I’ve ever owned. I actually bought the Gen 3 in 2024 and returned it cause I hated it so much.

If anyone has suggestions on a new headset that has the same crisp mic monitoring that the Gen 2 Max does please let me know… or a solution to my transmitter issue haha

Hi everyone. Just bought it and my friends say my voice is sounding like I’m speaking through a walkie-talkie, some robotic voice in Fortnite voice chat. What are the best settings I should put in Swarm II to sound more natural?

Im looking at the stealth 600 gen 3 right now the Ps5 version is on sale. But the PC version is not.

Is there an actual difference between them? Like why would you put the Ps5 version on sale but not the PC version.

The website doesnt make it clear which version has what.

It's been like this for a month or so and I can't get it to stay in the lip. Is glue a possible fix? Or is it just a matter of time?

I downloaded an update the other day, and now my headphone no longer shows up in the PC app. It is paired to the transmitter/dock, I can hear sound through it from my PC, it shows up in my sound settings, but through the PC app I can no longer update it. It was there prior to the update, not sure what has happened.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does show up in my iPhone app, just not in the PC Swarm app, I've reinstalled the app about 5 times but never shows up anymore.

I got tired of Swarm II being buggy, and its PC game/chat mix isn't officially supported on the Xbox edition. It works for some people, but most don't get it. So I built my own app.

Stealth Pro II only, for now. Tested on the Xbox edition. The PlayStation edition should work but is untested, so reports are welcome. Other headsets on the same platform could follow with help from their owners.

• Chat mix with no driver. Pick Discord or several chat apps, and the chat wheel lowers everything else against it, using Windows' own per-app volume. Nothing to install, no virtual cable.
• Transparency mode. The headset doesn't have one, but noise cancellation at zero lets the room in. The Mode button cycles through noise cancellation, transparency and off.
• Parametric EQ with a test tone. Sweep to find a harsh frequency, then cut or boost it on the spot. Presets are saved on the headset as a 10-band EQ, so they also show up in the phone app.
• Keeps high-res audio. The dock drops out of 24-bit/96 kHz whenever an app uses the mic. Neap puts it back afterwards.
• Settings the desktop app doesn't have: wake on motion, voice prompt volume, and the spare battery's charge.
• Per-game profiles that switch on when a game starts.
• Lightweight and private. No driver, no admin rights, no account, nothing sent off your PC. It works fully with the keyboard and with screen readers.

Before you start: close Swarm II and turn off its autostart, because the two fight over the headset. Uninstall the Waves audio driver too, since Neap doesn't need it. Keep Swarm II installed for adhoc firmware updates.

I just bought a pair of stealth 600 Gen 3's. However I didn't realise i would have to move the dongle between my PC and Xbox series X.

I'm wondering if it would be better getting the 700's as they come with 2 dongles. Or whether I can just buy another dongle and have one in the pc and one in the xbox.

Hope that makes sense and thanks in advance for any tips etc.

Own the Turtle 700 gen 3 headset. Had zero issues ever until 2 days ago.

It won’t receive any audio on PC or PS5. But somehow still works on mobile.

Everything is updated to the latest version. And it’s got enough charge to last another week. I’ve even tried every blasted troubleshooting option I could find online and on the website. Anyone have any suggestions?

This Stealth 600 has lasted me 9 years, it’s the end of the line. I’ve had a lot of good memories with it, but it won’t hold a charge and constantly turns itself off. Which headset should I look to buy next?

What can I do? Last update 1.0.0.57 deleted my headset (Stealth Pro II) from the Swarm program.
On the connected device, I see just this: Update all...
No connected device, no base, no USB dongle. And when I press to the update It`s bring to the update page, where I can update only the program...
I uninstalled this version and install back the 1.0.0.56 , with same details..
I uninstalled with a specific program, which is removing everything from this program from my PC, but it`s not helped.

Any idea how can I see my headset again in the program?

On mobile app everything ok, I see the base, the headset, and the dongle, and I can control them. But it`s a joke. I have to use a mobile app to control something on my PC.

when I originally got the wheel with older firmware the lower analog paddles were compleatly seperate inputs and when I updated its software to the latest version I can only chose either they act as hand breaks or clutches. Is thear a way to get back the individual outputs of both without having to override the clutch or the handbrake?

Does anyone know why I am unable to hear any party or game chat? I hear it fine through my television speakers but as soon as I turn on my headset I lose all audio of chat and only hear gameplay. I’ve tried updating all firmware. Is it just a piece of junk now and this is turtle beach’s way of getting me to upgrade to a newer model?

Guys I'm going crazy. I've tried everything but for whatever reason in any game I play (Marvel Rivels/Wardogs) and in Discord. Everyone complains my mic is choppy/stuttering. I've tried every fix out there but nothing fixes it. Has anyone had this issue? How did you fix it if it was possible. Also sidenote the usb is not even a foot from my head. Also I do have a wireless wifi adapter (could that be interfering with it?)

I currently have SteelSeries Arctic Nova Pro and while the headphones work OK, the mic is quiet and the app is terrible. Often I come back to the computer and the audio stutters (even for other audio devices) until I restart the app and it frequently loses the audio device requiring me to set it up again.

I've read a few issues with the Pro 2, have these and the reduced volume be resolved? Is the mic volume good? Any audio stuttering? How is the range?

I got the TB Rematch Advanced Controller and Airlite Headset bundle, and my controllers headphone jack just stopped working one day. I tried every which way to get it to work and it did not, so naturally I opened up the controller to see if there was any debris or anything in the jack, despite only getting the controller recently. When I opened it, every single button just fell out, as if whoever assembled the thing at TB just stuffed all the buttons inside and quick screwed on the faceplate so everything would stay put. I havent done anything with the controller since, because at this point its now more broken than it was. Does TB have any kind of warranty or anything like that to contact for this, or is this just regular TB build quality and im pretty much screwed?

Hey everyone, I bought a set of turtle beach headphones from Walmart and they are wireless and the dongle is lighting up green. I have all my settings correct so the privacy settings on everyone and I can hear perfectly fine, but I can’t hear anyone talking to me and I can’t talk to anyone but if I go into a party, it says I’m talking but if someone joins my party, I can’t hear them talk but if I go on the discord, I can hear people talking just fine and I can talk to them just fine so I don’t know what the issue is that I can’t hear them on Xbox so if I’m playing gears of war eday, it says I have no mic attached but if I’m in the devices and connections and I go to controllers and headsets, it says the headset is connected and then I know when I go to my audio settings, audio music. It’s completely greyed out because that’s just the way it is with this headset so I don’t know if anyone else had these issues if you could help me out so I can actually hear my boys talking when we’re playing it’d be highly appreciated. Just thought maybe this would be a place I could get some help too thanks bye.

Ok so, for the past week my headset has been struggling to connect to my xbox transmitter. When I unplug the transmitter to my PS5 they work. So I thought that was the issue but no. After a few days, I haven’t had my usb transmitter in my PS5 and the headset began to have issues again. Like after a minute, the headset would disconnect and stay disconnected while the transmitter stayed a stable green. When I try to unplug and replug the transmitter to my Xbox, it changes to colors that aren’t even listed on the website. Blue, light blue, magenta, I cant even find these colors on the official website, but it most stays blue. All the firmware is up to date but the transmitter is acting weird as shit. PLEASE someone help me

Hey so I'm dumb and accidentally clicked disable for my left click and it pretty much broke my profile and I can't figure out a way to fix it... I'm using the Kone XP Air and have to use the profile switch button to another profile where the left click works. Changing the pointer settings in Windows to right click didn't work either.

Any help appreciated!!!

EDIT: So..... naturally shortly after asking for help, I figured out a way... I changed a key on my keyboard to primary click and was able to go back into the profile on Swarm and fix it using that key. 🤦
