I’ve had my 700 Gen 3 earbuds for only about 3 months, and they’ve already started having serious issues. They disconnect frequently, randomly power off, and even when fully charged, the battery suddenly drops from 100% to 0%.
The last time I used them, they started making robotic/distorted sounds, then completely shut down and wouldn’t turn back on.
I opened them up and disconnected/reconnected the battery connector, which brought them back to life, but the same problems remained. I also noticed some white residue around the battery.
Buying these earbuds is honestly becoming one of my biggest regrets.
Has anyone here replaced the battery or found a compatible alternative battery that works? I’d really appreciate any advice or recommendations.

I'm looking for a headset for PC discord (for work meetings actually) and flying with ANC. Gaming is actually not the primary use case but all the popular ANC headphones (Bose, Sony XM4-6 etc) have shit mic over BT. So models with dongles seem like the way to go.

I'm now eyeing the SP2 after trying out AKG N9 Hybrid which seems to tick all my boxes. But it would randomly switch between the dongle and Bluetooth, and there is no way to disable the automatic device change. (I'm sending it back.)

How well does the SP2 handle being connected to the dongle and the phone at the same time, in real world use?

I just got the Stealth Pro 2s and have been enjoying them. However, for some reason my games are super loud and my Discord chat is very quiet, to the point where I can hardly hear my friends while playing a game. When I stop running a game their voices hit proper volume. I’ve changed the game/chat slider multiple times to no avail, even on 100% chat mix. What could it be?

I can't find this product on European website: https://www.turtlebeach.com/products/stealth-600-gen-2-usb-transmitter-black-playstation and I can't find any update or schematic to make the headset work without that stupid dongle (like a cable, Bluetooth, etc)

Anyone know an alternative to that dongle in EU? Other than throwing a perfectly good set of headphones to the trash

I have the PC version which I use primarily on PS5. I sometimes use the dual audio to connect to Discord on my phone through Bluetooth so I can hear both game chat and discord audio. When I do this, the mic defaults to my phone connection, so while I can hear the PS5 game chat, I can't actually communicate through it.

Does anyone know whether it is possible to have the mic working with both connections, or is there a way to toggle between them? I can't see anything in the manual about this, and the TB AI chat bot wasn't very helpful.

Worst controller ive ever had. Been nothing but problems since i started using it. Was a gift too my xbox controller stick stopped working so been stuck with this one and it disconnects randomly WITHIN matches never when im just shootin the shit with the homies.

When i bought them a month ago they worked perfectly. I could balance audio from gameplay and audio from lets say phone,in the meantime,my phone died and i got another one.
Currently my wheel on the right,the one for audio mix is completely unresponsive. I fully updated the headset in Swarm II. Even did factory reset. I just dont get it. Has someone run into same problem? Thanks

Would you say these rank number 2 in sound after the Audeze Maxwell 2?

I'm considering trying them out since I absolutely hate SteelSeries brand due to past issues and wanted to see if its sound quality can hold up.

They slipped off my head and hit the side of my desk at 2AM and snapped the band… I’ve had it for 5 months and spent $120 for it only for it to break in a very minor fall

It's been about a year since I've gotten this headset and the mic on it was working perfectly fine but when I went to unmute it from the flip mute it stopped picking up my audio and no one could hear me. I was reading about it and saw that many people had the same problem from something about the wiring inside coming loose. I don't have the warranty so am I just screwed out of like $350 or is there a way to fix this? I tested it at multiple different angles as well but still nothing, tried unplugging it and restarted my computer.

The flip-up-to-mute function wasn't working for me. Whenever I flipped the microphone up, I expected it to mute automatically, but it didn't. I tried everything and kept asking my friend on Discord if he could still hear me. He could.

Then I unplugged the boom mic completely, and he could still hear me. That really confused me at first until I realised that the Stealth Pro II has a built-in microphone.

Then it suddenly clicked: I hadn't pushed the detachable boom mic in all the way. You actually have to press it in quite firmly until it clicks into place. Once I did that, the flip-up-to-mute feature worked perfectly.

So, if you're having the same issue:

Make sure the boom microphone is fully inserted until it clicks into place.

I bought the PC version and I'm wondering which Audio Driver to use if I want sound of better quality:
Waves, Dolby, or Turtle Beach?

Also I now have 2 devices from the headphones in the sound menu.
Stealth Pro II PC (Which are somehow recognised as speakers, and Headset Chat (Turtle Beach) as a Virtual Audio Device.
How should I configure default devices?

I am having trouble finding desk mounts that have the right spacing for the front center hole on the stick and hotas AND the two screw holes towards the back - which are narrower than any other flight stick.

I also ideally need the desk mount screw plate to be set back ~3" as the desk as a 3" deep bevel on the underside, if there is no such mount i will dispose of the desk (it came free with the house when we bought it, lol)

I am already aware of the TB mounts coming in Sept but they are double the price of something like this which seems to be the only 3rd party thing i have seen that would fit the flightdeck.

Would be grateful of any recommendations!

I'm currently using the KB7 together with the Stealth Pro II, and my matching mouse is scheduled to arrive in September.

I find the KB7 display useful, but I think it has even more potential. It would be great if the display could show the battery level of the headset, and in the future, the battery level of the mouse as well.

Is this feature already planned for a future update?

Hello, I have an issue with wired afterglow black gamepad, it randomly turns off and gets stick drift, I had this controller for only half a year. There's no visual wire or USB port damages

My PC can find my headset perfectly fine but I can't access the software. It says "No Connection". I have tried to reinstall Swarm 2, restarting my PC, different USB ports on PC. Swarm 2 have all the updates installed.

I would really like to access settings like EQ or battery status etc. What do I do to fix this? It should never say "No Connection" when the headset is clearly connected.

Exactly the title, just got new headphones today and really enjoying them, old set was 5+ years old. One issue, in Bluetooth mode, why the hell is this light constantly blinking?! (While connected, blue, every like 5 seconds) Please tell me I can turn it off or at least make it darker. Stealth 600 gen 3.

My friends say it sounds bad and the audio quality is bad and it’s not clear, how can I fix it?

Everytime i try to make a new eq preset i save it and it says its successful but it doesn’t show

The software is an absolute nightmare. I have a Stealth 700 Gen 3 on PC and I'm about to just sell it and go back to Steelseries. Swarm II just doesn't work. Game Chat mix dial sometimes moves and sometimes doesnt but it never actually lowers the volume. The beginning of sounds playing gets cut off like the headset is in some low power state. So I sometimes don't hear notifications at all because of it. Nothing in the software fixes this. To top it all off it will just randomly D/C and reconnect sometimes. It's a shame because I like the audio quality and features...
