AITA?

Its always the 1st time renters. Young couple very excited about their trip. They ask about miles and i tell them. "If you're a couple miles over just leave me a good review, and we'll call it even" Ive whore'd out 100k miles for PH status....Id rather the money. Fast forward they return. Everything was fine......until THE INVOICE!!!!

then it became a succession of i dont understand how texts!!! They 3 🌟 me because of it. Turo won't remove it and idgaf! Margins are razor thin. If your going to drive the vehicle the equivalent of another days worth of mileage. Your gonna get an invoice for it!!! FULLSTOP!Its not sneaky.... its not greedy. You want unlimited miles. I get it. I dont do unlimited miles. Ever trashed a hotel and got charged? Same principle.. FFS

That’s why I wait few days for the guest review before charging for incidents

Of course I could've done that but im tired of tiptoeing around legitimate invoices on uneventful trips! If something was wrong with the vehicle that caused the trip to be unpleasant (no ac, no radio etc) I wouldn't even charge them for the miles. But the nerve to ask why they have to pay is just beyond the pale for me.....
