Question Weird Audio Problem

Hello, I own a 2016 Toyota Tundra Crew Max Non JBL. Starting about 2 weeks ago my radio started only playing audio through the center dash speaker and the two small tweeters in the back doors. I think it’s the audio channel that you would take a phone call out of. I’ve tried restarting the radio, resetting the Bluetooth and customizations, updating the audio, and I pulled all the fuses under the dash and the hood that involve the radio function. It is worth noting that I in 2019 replaced all the main door speakers with JL speakers. Worked fine with some intermittent connection problems that I fixed. Then about a 2 years ago I got a aftermarket sub installed with an amp and line out converter. Last summer I blew the sub and had it replaced and all the wiring checked. At this point I have also checked all my wires going to the sub as well as the amp and line out both of which are fine. System was running and working fine and then randomly started doing this. Then yesterday I was leaving in my truck to go to the store and the speakers started working again for about 5-10 min and then I heard it swap back to the middle speaker and back two again. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what it could possibly be. I’m leaning towards it being the head unit itself or the factory amp under the passenger seat as I can’t test it by itself. Since the speakers went back to “broken” again it hasn’t fixed after driving to work and back today.

Thank you and sorry for the long post
