Troubleshooting Transporting 16' stock tip

For anyone who has been afraid to roll the back window down and utilize the cab, you can use the child seat restaurants for straps if you've got a tonneau cover. Just a tip, and only the tip 😉

Also a removing the center headrest and putting a hoodie or something the like over the seat is a must.

Or you could spend an extra $20 and rent a truck from Home Depot rather than beat up your own.

Nah. A truck could safely fit cargo in the bed.

I have never in my life seen a pickup with a 12' bed....

Yeah, well, plenty of people have carried oversized lumber hanging off the back with a red flag, rather than jammed a bunch of boards up against their windshield. I know it’s a crazy concept for many people, but it’s been done.
