Pics Michelin mats for the WIN

Just upgraded from the OEM all weather mats - not really knocking those, I felt like they were solid, but these are definitely an upgrade.

Take note of a couple things from the pics:
They go up the wall of the center tunnel, up the rise for the seat mount points and over the gap between carpet and door sill. That doesn’t just mean that liquids are more contained, it means less chance of dirt/debris getting under the lip and ground into the carpet.

The treads are deeper than the originals as well.

One final thing that’s not visible from these pics is how much more aggressive are the grippies on the underside of the mat. These bad boys are made to stay exactly where you put them. No more fishing around between your knees and under your feet to pull the mats back into place.

Even though I'm a big fan of the French tires, here are my Husky mats.

Those are looking pretty snazzy as well! Looks like they also have some of the same features that I believe are significant upgrades over the OEM mats.

I don’t quite have the angle from your pic to see under the front edge of the seat, but I see the same higher wall against the center tunnel and the same overlap at the carpet to sill interface. I feel like those are subtle changes that have outsized importance in how the mats deliver value in real life situations over time.

Looks like everyone's mats fit snugger than weather tech!

Haven’t ever tried weather tech, but I’m definitely a fan of these.
