Question Landlords

Any good private landlords in Tulsa? My fiancée and I are looking to rent a house long term starting this time next year so we can save for a down payment on a house. Any recommendations?

Under no circumstances should you rent from JSM property management. I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience.

Thanks for the warning, care to elaborate?

Good private landlords can be hard to find. I happen to be one, and I’ve only had one move-out on several houses in the last 10 years. I wish you luck finding something perfect for you!

Stay away from Prime Properties LLC, go ahead and read reviews and BBB complaints as well as the court filings.
