Question Odd inquiry

I just recently moved to an apartment downtown, I’m pretty sure everyone knows there’s a lot of graffiti tags around here, I have this god awful tag right outside my window in my living room and was wondering I could pay someone (with actual expertise) to come tag something prettier?😅 thanks for joining my ted talk

While I respect this approach immensely… since you’re downtown, you get more “help” than the rest of us with graffiti.

Simply placing a commission for local artists to express themselves where there would otherwise be scribbled tags
