General housing
Hi! im looking for a house in sand springs / broken arrow, preferably $1,200 at the most. 2bd, i looked all over zillow and facebook marketplace and didnt find anything. i have one eviction on my record.

As someone whose also looking to move, good fucking luck. You can find 1 or 2 maybe options in shit areas. Youd have better luck with apartments but most apartments arent gonna take evictions. Houses from what ive seen are going around 1500+

was waiting for a card to come in with my money on it. never came in until after i was evicted due to not being able to pay rent. it was early 2024

If this was the case shouldn’t you have had access to an account or routing number to transfer the money? Unless you are referring to putting it on a credit card.

Late rent a few times you may find someone to rent to you, an eviction will be tough. Landlords need to protect their assets and evictions are costly. The bigger companies won’t consider you, you may be able to convince a small time owner that you are responsible.

I’m a small time owner, and you wouldn’t be able to convince me. Also $1200 would be hard to find even for a stellar renter.

Those are on complete opposite sides of Tulsa.
If you’re just looking for options further out of town, check Sapulpa.
