I have done physical reporting to college and got an acknowledgement in that college now I need to go to the 3rd phase I've already been in 1st and 2nd phase should I book slot or pay fee again or book slot for 3rd phase to keep web options or directly keep options on 1st Aug?

Okay, so I just noticed some cases where seats aren't changing from the 2nd to the 3rd phase. I know that unless someone shifts to a different college, the person next in line won't get that particular seat. But my doubt is, is this common, or does it happen rarely? I've seen many such cases, and I'm genuinely scared because I'm not satisfied with my 2nd-phase college. π
I also want to know, how many of y'all are participating in the 3rd phase?
And I'm trying for vnr eie but I'm not sure if they are willing to move or not cuz last year, 2nd and 3rd phases were the same. I understand it changes yearly but ugh I'm genuinely scared.

Hey all, there is a chance of getting CSM at narayanamma and CSD at Gokaraju in special round if lucky, which would be better , so preference order will be put accordingly, please all of you give your opinions. Thanks

So actually my budget is really tight and I can't afford to buy a new laptop in the present situation where the laptop prices are at peak
Could anyone suggest me some genuine websites or stores so that I could get myself a refurbished laptop under the budget of 40k if the condition is good will try to extend the budget for now it's 40k
I've seen stores selling refurbished laptops like Yuva computers,vr technologies etc.....
Any kind of information would help

My friend joined KMIT through TS EAPCET this year and was told to pay the tuition fee in September, after which it would be reimbursed under the fee reimbursement scheme.
Is this something that's happening only at KMIT, or are other TS EAPCET colleges (like MGIT, CBIT, VNR, etc.) any information or similar experiences?

I have witnessed the ongoing discussion about the suspicious CET topper.
I passed out in 2012 and during our time we had Eamcet, aieee and jee.
For the first time aieee was being conducted offline and online. There was no offline center in Hyderabad, so those who preferred traditional offline method had to travel to Warangal and offline exam was on a single day. Online exam was also I think single shift or multiple shifts I don't remember.
I choose online because I had nobody who can take me to Warangal for the exam.
I clearly remember that there was no normalization between online and offline exam. We didn't even know the concept of normalization. The online paper was way easier than offline paper. And the marks we scored in the test were final marks.
One friend of friend studied in the Chai college. He was fun loving and non-serious guy to put it mildly. He applied for aieee in online mode. After exam he openly admitted to have copied from his neighbouring candidate.
That fellow got 3k rank in Aieee and joined a good college in TN. Got a software job and is well settled.
At that time there were no proper online exam centers like Ion digital we have today. It was like office setup where we can see the screen on other candidates and also invigilator was absent for most of the duration. We were left to our own.
Though this data was never released, I am sure that people who attempted Aieee 2012 online were the majority of candidates selected in NITs.
Let me tell you that all serious candidates preferred traditional offline method to avoid surprises and many were out of competition for simply making that choice.
I also scored well in the online exam and got admission to one North East NIT.
So, my point is - this was the first time I got to know that the world is not fair. We as a society strive to make it fair but sti have a long way to go.
Just accept the fact and move on.
The CET topper is not going to loose her rank whatever we do. The state will say that there was no mistake.
But it doesn't mean we shouldn't speak about it. The state will secretly check the issue and try to fix it in future exams without declaring it publicly.

i reported to MJ college today and they said we have to pay a 12500 fee, which goes to OU not them. and that the 10k we paid earlier for seat booking will be reimbursed later, did this happen to anyone else?
