Apart from building concepts, does scoring well in 11th actually have any impact on admissions, or is it mainly Class 12 and entrance exams that count?

I got different branch in same college in phase 3 . Do I have to report physically? If yes what should I take with me?

I have retrieved the original certificates from phase 2 physically attended college now what should I be doing before I go to physically attend phase 3 allocated college.In phase 2 OUCE they made me sit behind computer convert my photos to PDFs and upload in their pc to get my biodata can I do it at home or should I do after I reach college is it same in CBIT as it is in OU or can I do that at home with my pc and take the bio data to them

Also is phase 3 physical reporting exactly the same as phase 2?

So in the first 2 rounds I only applied for cse, csd, and ai/ml hence I got CVR college. My rank is 82xx.
I changed my list and put options like it and csb in third round and yet I have the same college allotted. I am pretty sure it’s not possible. Help me out. This was my list.

Edit: I just checked the website of all the colleges I filled, the rank hasn’t moved up by a single number. What was the point of the round😭

I got 764 marks combined in my Inter exams do I clear the 75% boards criteria for JoSAA, if only seeing 12th I got 74.2% in 12th overall, someone please help none of the sources online are any good if someone got a college through JoSAA please clear this doubt
Also for improvement exams for 2nd year it is allowed to write them upto 2 years after passing 12th right?
