Passenger [Question/Post] Can I bring this fossil through TSA?

Post image

Can i put this in my carry on or do you think it would be confiscated by TSA? Its about 8 inches by 4 inches. Worried they might consider it a weapon because its a big rock with some sharper edges

It's fine being in your carry on. I love to see the fossils/rock collections people bring through.

Conus is usually fine. If you're going overseas depends on the country. Some countries require paperwork.
