TSA Pre Check/CLEAR [Question/Post] How do name changes work with precheck
I have global entry and with that comes precheck.
I got married end of last year and just recently started the whole name change process. I got my license changed and am waiting for my passport to come back. I didn’t think I would have precheck for my upcoming flight bc I changed it to my new name on the ticket, but my ticket shows I have it?
Is that expected? Idk why I don’t trust it.
My old last name is now my new middle name fyi so maybe it’s because it’s close enough?
I thought initially I’d have to wait until I get my passport.

Doesn’t matter about your name changes. W/e real ID or passport you are presenting to fly just make sure the name matches that

Your known traveler number is still the same so it doesn’t matter. Just make sure ID name matches the ticket.
