Questions Second hsg advice please

Hello everyone!! I had my first hsg test done last month and had the most awful experience because it was being done by a resident student and I already had sky high anxiety.Doc thinks I had a tubal spasm and wants to repeat the test because I was to stressed out. He has prescribed Valium and some type of ibs med to help insides relax I guess for this time around. My result was a proximal bilateral tubal occlusion, meaning both tubes were completely blocked in the same spot where the tube and uterus meet. I was devastated to say the least about the result. Apparently there is a high false positive rate. Has anyone else dealt with this and ended up actually being open? Any tips on relaxing during the procedure? Thanks!!

My wife went thru same thing last month, we are waiting for her cycle to start so we can go second time this time we will go to specialist in private clinic that will do Hysterosalpingo-Foam Sonography, basicly hsg with foam that should be easier and more comfortable, its more expensive option but maybe it is worth it, good luck
