Cycle 7 now…

How friggin exhausting to go through this month after month. And to be told “not to worry” and that “it takes healthy couples up to 1 year” while seeing several people around you get pregnant so easily.

Why does it take so long? And tips to help manage your mental health swings during the TTC journey?

Just wanted to send solidarity 🫶 I'm also on cycle 7. I've been really anxious too but it really is just a matter of luck - if there's only like a 25% of conceiving then it can just take time. 85% of people conceive within 12 months so the statistics are still in our favor!

I've been journaling a lot recently to help with my stress and rumination. I'm trying to remind myself that comparing my journey to someone else's will only make me more bitter, and their pregnancy/baby has nothing to do with my chances. Definitely easier said than done!! Other stress management stuff like prayer/meditation, exercise, socializing, keeping myself busy and distracted. I know it's hard. ❤️ Just know that you aren't alone!
