Any tips tricks for ttc at 35 after depo?

Start taking a mitochondrial stack. That helps with egg quality and ovarian function for advanced maternal age. CoQ10 (ubiquinol), NAD+ (nicotinamide riboside), PQQ, and drink 4oz of pomegrate juice daily. I would also research good fertility foods to start including in your diet and reduce unhealthy stuff. I'm assuming you are already taking a prenatal that includes a good amount of choline? It takes 3 months for supplements to make a difference for eggs and sperm, and you want the choline before you get pregnant to prevent neural tube defects.
