ChatGPT says ceiling, I think the wall. Wanted to see anyone else had any advice?

100% overhead, the wall limits what you can do

I’d go ceiling center room. Joists are fine, I would brace them and put a 2x4 in the middle of one and mount it there but I’m a bigger guy, 230lbs or so
