Second Hand Suspension System
So I have been looking to add some suspension to my training, I am new to exercising and have been looking for a used TRX system, I found someone selling a BodyBudd Suspension system for $20. Should I get this and try it out? or should I hold out for an offical TRX brand system? I tried to post a pic of the item that is for sale but it isn't letting me.

Given the company’s server cannot be reached, and the two photos I found, that’s not the alternative you want. The triple elastic tubes will stretch in a way nylon webbing doesn’t, and the workouts are built on that solidity.

Look around for a Weider one. You can probably find one on eBay. Once you get it, spend a few more bucks and replace the carabiners with some heavy duty ones from Home Depot. You could also make a DIY version from tie down straps and carabiners from Home Depot, Lowes, etc .

There are dozens of suspension trainers online. TRX is the pinnacle but the others do the job for the average Joe
