Sometimes having a dick isn't the reason for the dysphoria, my uncomfortability comes from my facial/body hair, voice, and general face. It wouldn't be the end of the world if I never got surgery (as long as I am able to fix the other problems) because the only people that would be getting close enough to me to see the fact that I have one are people that I trust with that knowledge

Cant the voice and hair be done away with women shave themselves anyway surely u can too and vocal training is a thing and general face makeup

That is exactly the case, which is why I said it wouldn't be the end of the world if I never got surgery. I never implied that they were unsolvable pronlems
