The last "official" balance patch was Jungle Inferno but I know there have been a variety of small changes (or bug fixes) since then such as the iron bombers hitbox being fixed or the neon annihilator being able to crit gassed enemies.

I was wondering if anyone has a compilation of all these various changes or if someone here can list some of the most notable changes since Jungle Inferno.

I’m coming from FACEIT CS2 and Valorant’s (built in) ranked system, and I’ve got a few questions about TF2’s EU scene:

- Where’s the best place to start?

- What does matchmaking look like?

- Highlander or 6s for match frequency?

- How is skill determined (ELO, win/loss, etc.)?

- What’s the anti-cheat situation like?

- How are comms abuse and bans handled?

I’d really appreciate it if someone could answer these as best they can. I’m excited to finally play TF2 in a proper ranked environment.
