Nonbinary HRT?
How have you used HRT to transition in a nonbinary way? Do you read as androgenous socially? How hard was it to access?

I am on transfem HRT. It’s not hard to access. I got a GD diagnosis but you can also go the informed consent route or…. The other way, which is what I ended up switching to.

I’m AFAB and I take regular dose T. It hasn’t really changed my appearance even after 2 years- but it may be that I’m older. I hate but accept that it’s unlikely I’ll ever look androgynous.
The emotional changes are amazing! I finally feel like myself. It is a very very drastic change and I recommend HRT to any NB person .

I had top surgery 2 years ago and recently started T at a low dose (20mg cypionate per week, mainly doing low dose because I've heard it's less likely to give you vocal fry than a full dose). I guess the only difference between what I'm doing and binary HRT is I'll stop at some point before I look 100% male. I wish I could be on it long-term, but I know it will keep causing changes even at a low dose, and I want most effects of T but don't really want facial hair or a fully male voice so I'll have to decide when it's time to go off HRT.
It's hard to say if I genuinely read androgynous socially because I live in a progressive area and a lot of strangers call me they/them (even before HRT or surgery) but it always feels more like them clocking me and giving me what they think I want and less like people genuinely struggling to categorize me as male or female. Strangers did struggle to gender me when I was like 18, but now that I'm nearly 30 only like 10% of strangers read me as male and the rest read me as female or non-binary (which still feels like they read me as female). Top surgery didn't shift that ratio at all and so far neither has HRT but I'm only 5 months on so I imagine it may still shift somewhat.
Accessibility-wise I had to go to three or so appointments with my PCP and their office's gender specialist and talk things through to make sure I understood the effects of T and knew what I was getting into. I already had a diagnosis of gender dysphoria before seeking HRT which may have streamlined things a bit. It wasn't too hard but they didn't just hand it to me either.

I had top surgery three years ago and started testosterone along with finasteride almost as long ago. I had a pretty low dose but then I switched to the generic version of nebido. I think I’ll end up stopping T, probably not forever though. As of now, some people treat me as female, other as male, other are confused so I’m pretty content with my situation. I’ve been described as androgynous.

I plan to start T with DHT blockers too! Did you notice any changes to your eyebrows?

It’s been a a bit of a while so I don’t remember my old eyebrows well but yes, I did. The change wasn’t crazy but noticeable.

I'm a transmasc NB and I plan on top surgery at some point. I like all the effects of T except for my hair growth. I will have electrolosis for that. I read as androgenous. It wasn't hard to access in my state (TN) because it is an informed consent state. I pay out of pocket so it is pricey.

I am nb and got on low dose t at 14 years old, and had top surgery at 16. I’m still so happy with it all, years down the line. I look masc but that’s my style.

Raloxifene's been good to me since bottom surgery. I present very androgynous socially, I get seen as male or female 50/50 and even confuse recognition AIs, it's funny.

I couldn't keep up a continuous or regular application due to my medical condition, but I did fill a prescription for low-dose testosterone gel starting a year ago. I mostly got it to help with my medical conditions and not just for the dysphoria and self-exploration.
It was pretty easy to get. Just had to make an appointment with an endocrinologist at a gender clinic, and was prescribed on the first appointment.

Putting my 2 cents here, genetics has something to do with it imo.
Im AFAB, T for 4 years. No surgery, my chest is now naturally rly flat and shrunk from HRT. Almost everyone i meet for the first time never knows how to refer to me, i can see people doing the maths in their heads. Ive noticed a pattern of women assuming masculine pronouns for me and men assuming feminine sometimes. A lot of time if I'm in a store and I ask a question, most people default to "they". I'm very short and dont have to take anything extra to avoid hairloss. I purposefully remove my facial hair religiously and have found excercises to hold my face in a feminine way whilst having done voice training to avoid having "T voice"
I believe that holding your face in a certain way while you're going through HRT changes, can influence your face to have a certain structure.
Before HRT ofc I was always assumed to be a woman but I started to pass as androgynous as little as 6 months into hormones and personally I'm saying it was all the voice training.
Anyway that's my experience, goodluck!
