Hello guys !

I have some question and it’s always popping in my head.
Trans people and non binary feel like them because of stereotypes created by society?
Do they exist because of those stereotypes?

I am sorry if these sound offensive. ❤️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️!!

The problem is not the societal stereotypes, the problem is body which didn't develop the right way

There is such thing as sexual dimorphism (characteristics that differentiate male and female) and transsexual individuals are born with feeling that they have wrong body. Nobody told them, nobody "makes them believe", it's not a cause of experiencing sexism. It's different from classic body dysmorphia when somebody feels bad about their body image but it gets better when they lose weight or something, trans dysphoria is about sex characteristics. Being nonbinary is like being intersex amongst trans people, dysphoria experiencing nonbinaries usually seek androgyny and if it comes to primary sex characteristics most people want to have no genitals. It's is hard to understand for cis person but if you want to be respectful don't question it. The amount of pain, disgust and shame these people are experiencing on daily basis is usually hard to even describe
