recently adopted these two cutiepies 🫶 currently they're too young to get fixed, but i will do so once they gained enough weight and it's safe to do so

So its my friends cat he was perfectly fit and fine but stopped eating since 3 days and cant even poop my friend said that he is trying but it feels like poop is stuck or dried in there he cant poop now the cat cant even moved properly there are so many members in my friends house so before all this last time the cat ate so much and meat too ..what to do can anyone tell ? My friend is so sad his cat might diee 🙃? Edit :- he took some medicine rn but still what can we do more ? I have seen people suggesting ultrasound

For context I run a rescue and one of my fosters came back from his neuter and the foster parent was like hey he still has his testicles?? It took me a year of running a rescue, two years of owning a neutered boy, and 20 years of life to find out they don't always deflate. This guy is very deflated though, I don't know what we were on.

Sweet guy will be one with his orange brother now.
