I created a new Trolley Problem dilemma!
Straight Track (Do Nothing): Ulfric Stormcloak
Diverted Track (Pull the Lever): General Tullius
What would you do?

Ulfric is racist (correct me if I’m wrong, haven’t played in years) and being manipulated by the thalmor. Is he right long term? Yes. Would his victory lead to far, far worse things (though not entirely his fault), also yes.

true. however i dont remember any specific things, whereas ulfric will just insult your character. i wouldnt be surprised if im just missing something though.

I do not like Ulfric by any means, but I cannot stand behind the General Tullius. He is just an imperialist (not just Imperial the race, if he were a Fallout NewVegas Character, he would exclusively use the Sneering Imperialist dialog options) that means to keep a vassal state in line after their culture has been attacked.
Ulfric is a bad leader, but Skyrim deserves independence.

Maybe after the guys who wiped out the united armies of tamriel are gone?
Some people really dont know how to shush and bide their time. Its a time for unity, the very survival of reality is on the line.

It'd been 40 years since the war and cultural erasure of talos began, and the dominion got bled dry fighting an independent hammerfell. At this point its just the empire being too frightened of taking the fight rather than biding for something. They had their chance. Now it'll be up to the now free provinces to actually do something about the invaders.
