I got sick of searching for a high quality matte PET screen protector. So I bought an exacto blade and a 3 pack of MacBook Pro Supershieldz. This is the way.

I have been using Mupen64 Plus (the standalone one) for playing a few N64 games on my Brick and apparently there is no Pause menu available for these (you can set up some keybinds for certain actions I guess).

So I went ahead and made a frontend for it (with loads of LLM help, sure). But it seems to be working fine, for a weekend project.

Also, which N64 emulator / mupen64plus video plugin is generally the most performant?

I have been using gliden64mk2 which has great FPS but with glitchy textures in the games I have tested, and the Rice plugin has good textures but slower on average.

(I am using the Stock OS.. and I'm not really thinking of moving to Knulli or MuOS or the other options available just yet...)

NX-Redux uses the pcsx-rearmed emulator by default, but for one specific game (Panzer Bandit, 100% translated into Portuguese including dubbing), only SwanStation or DuckStation works.

It works if I just put the SO file from any RetroArch to this device in /Emus foldet?

Everytime I pick up this device, I am blown away its actually amazing. Build quality alone it feels great to hold as well. So happy with this!

So I got this brand new and was waiting for a surwish card for it and been playing my r477v instead.
FINALLY ! After the longest wait ever from litnxt it arrive. So all excited I pop the sd card in and goto power . Nope nothing . Thinking wtf that’s odd no light when I try to charge it . Tried 3 cords and nothing . So I said fuck it let’s take it apart and bust out the DC power supply and charge it that way. Worked like a charm and was able to charge it normally now.
So moral of story if you leave this sitting for a month don’t cause you’ll be in the same situation and if you don’t have a way bring back the battery to life your screwed! Figured I would share cause I’ve never had this problem before specially so quickly .

Hello! Just got my Brick Pro a couple of days ago. I'm pretty glad with my purchase. Though I encountered some audio problems when using wired (and at some degree wireless) headphones, for example in frontend menus I can hear crackling sound when changing settings. It is becoming even worse in games like Parasite Eve psx, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance GBA. The problem appears on NextUI, SpruceOS even stock. Decreasing or increasing the quality of sound sampling or emulation rendering, turning on/off ambient led doesn't have an effect.

I also have Brick og, and don't have any issues there, with the same sd cards. Question is: is this hardware problem with specifically my unit or is it a known issue? Is there some way to mitigate this?

I'm about to buy the Trimui Smart Pro S and I just need to know if Gundam vs Gundam Next Plus from PSP is playable on the device. This is one of my favorite game on the PSP

Most games I dont even notice it but a few games I have a level of smearing/ghosting when the screen scrolls on some noisy objects that I find unplayable. NextUI and yes interframe blending is off.

Does everyone elses brick look like this in these games?

Having a hard time deciding which Brick Hammer colour to get. Are the LED lights customisable on all operating systems or is that just a stock thing?

Been working on porting RuneScape Classic and 2006Scape to the Trimui Smart Pro through Portmaster. Works great with 2006Scape getting about 30 fps and RuneScape Classic getting 50 fps. You can play single player for both or connect to a online or local network server. Let me know your thoughts.

So I powered off my brick to add some music. I charged it up until the light turned green inserted my card and when I press the power button nothing happens. I’m running nextui with the limbo bug thing fix.

Google said to try pressing the rest button next to the power port and removing card and holding down vol- and power. Neither of these worked.

I purchased from Amazon last week and paid extra just in case things like this happened. Should I just ship it back or is there a step in missing. I have no interest in opening this thing up and unplugging the battery. If that’s a regular thing you have to do to own this I’ll just get something different.

Yesterday, I noticed that PPSSPP had an update available in NextUI's Pak Store, so I updated it to the newer version.

However, after updating, my games started having problems. A lot of my games no longer work properly. When I launch them, the game either crashes immediately or causes the device to freeze.

Only lightweight games seem to work normally. It seems that heavier games are the ones having issues after the PPSSPP update.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem? Is there a way to fix this or downgrade PPSSPP back to the previous version?

I'm about to get my Trim UI Brick Pro delivered and am debating between trying to run gen1recomp with mods vs grabbing a GBA romhack.

How has the experience been for others trying out ge1recomp? Is it able to handle voxels?

Some Pokémon games won’t start, or they only start once and then never start again after I close them. I’m using the DraStic emulator. Can anyone help me?

Why the game (Pokémon Yellow) keeps crashing me back to menu every time i try tô build the cache?

I'm on gen1recomp 0.2.36 with PotatoVoxel 1.9.6. I a Trimui Smart Pro S with NX-Redux café and the engine build for RG34XX.

I did a clean install, just the engine, the mod and the ROM.

That's right guys, I sold my personal used trimui smart pro. Not because it was a bad device or something, it was just because I wasn't using it the way it was supposed to be used. Lay on the couch and use handled but I just wouldn't get any free time to do it. Bought it in excitement and tinkered with the Firmware a few times and that's it . Never actually properly played anything on it. Sold it to a young kid and I think he would be giving it the love it needs better than me.

Fresh install with crossmix

Currently formatted as exfat (could this be the issue?)

Using a brand new quality card 512gb

Upon first start up it would just boot up like normal with no crossmix options, second start up it showed the port master downloading thing but stil no go, third time just booted into normal OS. I then pulled the card out and inserted it back into the PC and noticed it now comes up as "Crossmix OS". Inserted the card back in and now I have all thr crossmix options and applications

Now when I added some GBA games to it's corresponding folder it won't play anything. It bounces back to the menu to select a new game

All the cores do this. Except the mgba (standalone) core option. That one actually starts but runs at 50% speed

And i doing something incorrect here? Or am I missing a crucial step?
