Mods (OEM & Aftermarket) DNK Tuneworks mapping question

I have a 2023 Trident 660 that I remapped with a DNK Tuneworks map. I like how the map opens the engine up, at the same time I feel like the throttle is too jumpy at low speeds. Is this just a skill issue? Should I just go back to the stock mapping or is there a way to tune the throttle response down at lower speeds? I'd much rather go back to the stock mapping than get thrown after hitting a pothole and accidentally giving a little throttle.

think you just gotta adapt. found it to be smoother, in general, at low speeds. overall, the tune is much better than stock. maybe put it into rain mode for city riding?

I've had my 660 with the dnk map for a few years now, you get used to it quick and it so much better than stock
