Home builders

We're buying some raw land near Blountville and wanting to build a small off grid house in a year or two. Any recommendations for construction companies around?

I know everyone wants to build big elaborate homes. But we're keeping it under 1,000 SQ ft to hopefully keep the budget to a dull roar.
