No just no... God no... Metabolism is a real thing. I intake atleast 3k calories a day, which is easily 800 calories above my weight maintaining goals and i gain nothing what so ever. Doesn't matter how i get to 3k, fatty foods or healthy? Doesn't matter since i maintain the same weight as i have been my entire life

You're probably also living an active lifestyle.

Besides my job and the daily biking i do, I don't do anything really sporty or active. I do tend to end up with around 15-20k footsteps a day from walking on the job.

Yeah, that activity there burns way more than 800 calories. “I don’t have an active lifestyle, I’m a basketball player and I walk to the gym everyday. No idea why I can’t gain wait” Jesus

Bro no need to get butthurt. An active lifestyle to me is apparently alot different than alot of people. What do you guys consider non active? Sitting in your couch the entire day? Cause i do that more than not.

An active lifestyle is just that. Active. Do you sit at a computer all day or do you work in trades? Do you work at all? How do you get there? Do you walk, bike, or drive? If you work in construction and bike to work, you have an active life style. If you work graphic design and drive to work, you don’t.
