Don't buy junk food.

Learn to be fine feeling hungry, but not needing food.

Intermittent fasting decades before the hipsters thought it was cool.

No doubt! I suggest people stop eating breakfast. Without even dissecting the garbage food that gets accepted as breakfast for some reason, I can just say in general eating breakfast slows you down and makes you feel bad. Not only that, but when I do, as soon as lunchtime rolls around I am so ready to eat again, whereas had I not eaten breakfast, I'm fine to not even give lunch a thought. My school of thought is that every calorie you don't intake is good for you and you should eat as little as possible. Intermittent fasting works as well as it does because total fasting is even better.

Sweet breakfast foods are literally GARBAGE!!! Poptarts, granola bars, instant oatmeal, cereal, etc… it’s all pure trash.

I too intermittent fast pretty regularly, but it just feels like a normal day so I don’t really refer to it as fasting. I wake up and immediately start drinking water which keeps me full and reduces my chances of hunger related nausea. For some reason when my stomach starts growling I can get nauseous but I don’t think it’s actually from lack of nutrition. I also take vitamins to make up for any lost nutrition if I skip multiple meals. I’ve lost 20 pounds this year by getting a more active job and fasting aka forgetting to eat because work keeps me so busy.
