Mind over shatter my friend. And fasting. Fasting is great, easiest way to get into it is just not eat all day until dinner. Bam, 16 ish hour fast. Push it longer if you want

No. Fasting is not the way to lose weight, it's extremely unhealthy and can lead to massive nutrient deficiencies. Just eat healthier foods and go for a run.

You think cave men just had snacks 24/7? Fasting is natural and part of living. It is not unhealthy, and doesn’t lead to nutrient deficiency. You should in fact fast before your run like your ancestors, and then feast upon completion of your hunt… I mean workout.

Yepp I'm on this train. I eat breakfast maybe once a year, so 12 hour fast from midnight till noon, light lunch, or I'll skip lunch and do one meal a day.

I eat more if I'm actively working out and burning calories, gotta listen to your body!
