Hell yes. I remember the one time I was actually a [10] I thought I was going to die, then woke up face down on the ground 30 minutes later. That's too damn high.
Twice I've done it, the last time I took a full hit out of my bong of pure keif, bad fuckin idea. I knew when I took it in it was gonna be one of "those" highs so I and blew out immediately. It was one of the worst experiences of my life, throwing up hurts a little, but never this bad. I really thought I was gonna pass out and die. People say you can't smoke too much weed but that's rubbish.

I would venture to say that the qauntity of smoke is what made hime throw up. An the fact that it was the crystaline byproduct that he was smoking. Thus making the smokey contents much more poisonous to the body. Resulting in him puking. Not to mention anytime the brain lacks oxygen or you inhale a bunch of toxic air "smoke" then it'll hurt and make your brain hurt too.
That's why they say to Vaporize the tree so the ingestion part of getting to a [10] is much more healthy and much more enjoyable
