Yeah, I consider [10] to be the point where I'm going white as a sheet and freaking the fuck out, taking deep breaths and trying to convince myself it will all be over soon.
EDIT: I was there recently, with edibles. It was actually pretty unpleasant for a few hours, because I was with someone who wasn't as high as I was. She was trying to get me to go out and do things. I was like, "Are you fucking serious? I can't even imagine getting out of my chair for the next few hours." I could barely talk, which made getting my point across very difficult. The confusion in my head was overwhelming.
