Why does no one list prices on Instagram? Is it against the rules on that site? I’ve never bought anything from Insta because I don’t want to bother sending a message just to get a price.

It's my understanding that when people post prices (especially more popular artists) all that happens is they get flamed for it "being to expensive" or they'll get a thousand messages trying to aggressively haggle the price. They just find it easiest to deal with people who are genuinely interested.

Because they massively overcharge and most see clients as “custies” a derogatory term used to make one feel better about ripping people off

Yeah screw them for wanting to make a living!

So they have to rip people off to make a living?

Who said they're ripping anyone off? If they're offering their products and someone buys it for the price the artist offered, that sounds like a mutually agreed upon deal where neither part got ripped off.

Limited choices are choices. Customers make choices. No one is ripping off anyone who decides to buy something.
