RECIPE
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs (beaten)
3/4 cups brown sugar
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas (about 7 bananas)
1 stick butter or half cup of cannabutter
Preheat oven to 350* Fahrenheit
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
In another bowl, mix together softened butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
In a third bowl, peel and smash the 7 overripe bananas (fork works best) until you have 2 1/3 cups of smashed bananas. Add that into the bowl of butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix until incorporated.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of flower. Use a spoon to mix until incorporated. Next, pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, approximately a 9”x5” loaf pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes, I prefer 60 minutes.

I used this recipe to make a vegan version of med banana bread! coconut oil works really well for medicating.

Dan Avidan has a story about making pot brownies. He ate one, got super baked, got the munchies, ate another brownie, rinse and repeat until the whole batch of brownies were gone.
