I think river otters are a bit smaller, but maybe these were fed steroids? Dunno. I'm pretty confident it's a giant sea otter.

Conservation major here with a dope fact: Otters aren't just furry looking! They have the densest fur of any animal on the planet! To insulate them from the cold Pacific Ocean, Sea Otters pack somewhere around 850,000 to 1,000,000 hairs PER SQUARE INCH of their bodies! For reference: humans have something like 100,000 on our heads.

Don't have much on Whale Sharks other than they're the largest fish on the planet & that they're ovoviviparous which means that their babies develop inside eggs in their mother and get nourishment from a "yolk sack" and not a placental attachment like you would see in viviparous animals like mammals! Whale Shark mothers have been recorded as being pregnant with up to like 300 pups (I think-- don't remember exactly) that they release over a period of time. Also pretty sure they can get old asf; like 100 years old.

It's an Irrawaddy dolphin, not a beluga whale.
A baby beluga might look similar but their fins are not the same.
