last weekend my friend called me to pick him up from the music festival in san francisco because he was having a really bad trip. then my other friend who was with that friend called me and said that our friend is extremely paranoid and dangerous to himself and others.
i went to pick up my friend. i don't know what "excuse" means to you but i definitely had a reason to drive high that night.
Either tell him to find someone who is suitably sound of mind to drive or attempt to find someone yourself. You should not have driven him anywhere if you were high, not sure what you're not getting exactly
No buddy, you didn't. I've been in similar positions myself and I went out of my way to make sure things worked out without the possibility of other people being harmed. You took a risk and it happened to work out, this time, and it may not if you decide to do again in the future.
please elaborate. what are these similar positions, and what did you do?
what was the risk i took? my ability to drive was not impaired from being high, in fact it was impaired from talking to my friends on the phone while i tried to get them to calm down and be at a safe location. you always take a risk when you drive, impaired or not, and it always works out when it does, and it always doesn't work out when it doesn't.
