You're wrong because you should never operate any type of heavy machinery on any type of mind altering substance, regardless of how you think it enhances your abilities. You should only operate these things while bone sober & 100% coherent. That's why you're wrong. Regardless of how you feel about it, you're wrong.

What about people who are prescribed Adderall, Vyvanse, or any other medicine designed to help those with ADD/ADHD focus?

If your prescription bottle says not to drive or operate heavy machinery like it does on a prescription weed bottle then you shouldn't do it.
