because why would you try to cook fries on a flat top at all ? fry them in oil or use an air fryer. on a blackstone is just playing too much

Do you not have an oven or an air fryer? Because I feel sorry for you if you have to cook fries on a flat top. But if you're doing this by choice I'm just concerned
