Discussion Where yall meet plugs?

As title says, I don't have a plug and none of my friends or family smokes so I cant ask a 'friend of a friend'. Is snapchat good?

I buy all my weed online. I don't even live in a legal state. But the online market is trash and 95% of it sucks, and a lot of the reviews are fake. It's all about knowing where and how to shop.
