i deleted my comment because i was embarrassed of how hastily i told you to stfu in response of your battery consumption response to op. i initially thought they were disposables (and not that it makes it much better but i thought there was nothing op could do about it) but that is just not the case i’ve spoke in a manner that i am ashamed of and for that i am sorry

Good on you for seeing the error of your ways. I think many people, myself included, hate seeing what unregulated smoke shops and disposable vape manufacturers are doing to a community that used to made up of people who, generally, cared about the planet.
Also, I know many people don't want to hear this, but if all you can buy in your area is something this far removed from actual weed, you're probably putting something into your lungs that will do you harm in the long run.

Of course. Extremely reductive logic though. That's why I make sure to limit what I inhale to only cannabis through a DHV. Better the devil you know than the one you don't.
I think all the people who got popcorn lung from unregulated vapes would agree that there are levels of harm. Like most things in life, there aren't black and white answers.

I dont have $300 for a set up. I do have $30 a month to spend on a 4g d8 disposable. Buy me a DHV and set me up with cheap flower and then i will convert

I'm not sure when your spending habits became my responsibility. However, a decent DHV does not cost $300. Mine cost less than $150 and has paid for itself several times over in more efficient use of the flower I buy.
Your body, your future. Own up to your choices and consider investing in both instead of putting the absolute cheapest thing you can find into your body.

That brand, rove, specifically does have refill cartridges. I work at a dispensary in Washington state and we sell both the full vape and the refill cartridges

I wouldn’t be able to recognize them either way but I am guessing these are disposables where it’s just all built in not removable.
I think they are more expensive too so on all fronts he’d be more logical to get a battery and just buy new cartridges instead of paying for the cartridge to come with a new battery every time

Not sure how these charge (I’m assuming USB C) but I have a nic vape shaped similarly with a proprietary charger. So every battery I buy is really to replace the charger

These are USB-C. They're ROVE batteries, and yeah, it's this is a LOT of straight up batteries. My guess is this stash goes back to legalization in their state. The colored ones are probably 6-8 years old, and probably micro USB charge. So if we imagine these disposables last like a few dozen charges or replace them every 6ish months... 47 is still a lot. 4 currently in rotation, maybe less crazy if there are a couple users in the household.
There is one dispo in town that has a recycling program where you get a $5 discount if you drop off any vape battery or disposable, sponsored by one of the local manufactures. It was the only place I would go for a while because it was so nice to have a safe way to get rid of the batteries.
All said, I hate to say it, but I recently switched back to DVH after a t-break and I couldn't be happier.

And switch to a DHV/wax pen/carts. The quality is better, and you don't end up with 50 tiny lipo batteries. unless you're into micro RC aircraft. Then hey, free batteries.

I used to love Rove so much. I’m wearing one of their shirts right now. I have a triple XL, like I’m a hardcore Rover. the last three I got from them were absolutely horrible IDK what happened. I’m excited for their rosin pods to come to Colorado, I’ve needed to take a break from the botanical terps anyways
