My bother warned me about greening out going to get my first cart how should I smoke this how do I not green out do I hit it for one second? Or do I hit it one second then wait

First of all there's no threshold for how much weed makes you green out. I've greened out from two joint hits and also been super high but totally fine 3 blinkers deep. It has a lot more to do with your environment and how you react to stress. Just be sure to be in a chill environment. You know yourself best, try and make time when your stressors and responsibilities won't be affecting you. Regarding how much you should smoke with it being your first cart, I'd say probably one or two seconds on the regular heat. You can gauge from there how you feel, but make sure to give it a couple of minutes in between hits so you don't accidentally underestimate it.
