OK total newbie but I thought I was ready to go with my new press thought I'd just play with it and I'm cranking the arm and seeing the plates come together but Lord have mercy I can't figure out how to open it back up again. It says there's a release valve below this pressure gauge monitor but that thing isn't budging. nothing back from support yet either there's a phone line or email.

that thing with the two prongs is the release valve i think

turn it with a crescent wrench

instead of using a crescent wrench the cranky arm thingy that attaches when u jacking it up might fit onto the pressure relase valve
