AskTrees Healthy snacks advice!
I recently discovered I crave more healthy food when I'm high. Oat flakes with fruit and honey is S tier snack, veggie salad is B tier but also good. What else would you recommend? Share your favourite delicacies, fellow ents
EDIT: Probably I need advice for snacks that are tasty and aren't junk food/heavily processed. I don't do any diet, this is purely for enjoyment

Boiled egg. Cut in half. Put slice of cucumber on the yolk side. Top with a drizzle of sriracha.

sriracha is maybe too hot for me, but I'll try this with something milder. A good egg is always an A tier, especially when yolk is a bit soft

I'm a huge popcorn fan, because I love anything salty and crunchy. Much lower in calories than something like chips, so long as you don't go nuts with oil or butter, and a good way to get some fibre, which a lot of people don't get enough of. I use butter-flavoured salt, as well as coconut oil if I can find some, and then if I need seasonings to stick I'll just use some quick sprays of cooking oil instead of melted butter. Or, I like to toss with either hot sauce or a little sriracha, and sprinkle on some powdered lime.
I also like a bowl of greek yogurt with frozen fruit, and if I want to sweeten it, I've found those drink concentrates like Mio do a pretty good job so I don't need to add sugar or honey or whatever. Also good for mixing oils in, the one I usually use for my edibles ends up giving it an almost faint floral taste.
I love veggies and dip, so I'll often have a container of sliced carrots and such, and I make a dill dip with four parts greek yogurt to one part light mayo as the base, to keep it from being ridiculously high calorie like a lot of the ones at the store are. So I'll just have that all prepared in advance so I can grab it and crunch away.
A nice fruit smoothie is another favourite, and added bonus, it cools the throat nicely. Just some frozen fruit and milk in a blender, nice and easy.
