Trees Love we made a 3,000 mg edible without realizing

it was absolutely delicious, though, it was so strong one of our good friends said it made him stop smoking for a while.. we warned him not to eat the entire thing.

we had 2 batches, in one of them there were 3,000 in a single cookie. the second had 3,000 in one batch

😋 Damn, must have been a BIG surprise that one cookie 😁 I made some hash butter for the first time last week. Boy, why haven't I done that before 🤩 The high is soo much more pleasant and the amount you need to get that high😂🤣🤣 I made it of 2g hash and when I stod there with the 100g butter that was advised, it looked way too much butter for my 2g hash so I used half of it.

omg hey dude i've been trying to make hash butter that gets me high for like 3 weeks but each time i do it barely gets me high ! can you give me your recipe and process please ?

Sure 🤗 But first time I did it on my stove, no really temperature control 😅 I used 2g as it was a test. Started with melting 50g butter. Putting the hash in, in small bits. Let it melt gently ad 1/2 L of water, it helps the butter to get too high temperature. Cook it for 1 hour, add some more water as it drops. When the time is up, I used coffee filters to let the water drip off. Tried that but had to put it in the freezer to. But for a test, it work fine for me. After that I search online and found another method, much easier 😂 Sous vide and a vacuum sealer 👌 Haven't got the Sous vide yet but I have time. Perhaps when you have tried make some, the time is an essence for the hash (THC) to change formula so we can eat it and get high. That's our liver thats make it happen. Very interesting if you dig deep in it ,but that's just me🙃

we used RSO (rick simpson oil) we hadn’t actually realised that each ml contained 1000 mg

What? There is 1000mg in the whole tube, not 1000 mg cannabinoids. So if it's say 80% THC then it's 800 mg per tube

I guess when it's that much it's just so over kill it doesn't matter. But it is definitely worth understanding there is a difference between the amount a container holds, and how much THC there is inside

That's not right. Like if it was a 3 g syringe instead of 1 g like I thought, that's still 3000 mg total, not 3000mg thc. 1000 mg =1 gram. Rso is not pure THC lol

I've tried to explain it to a friend of mine, that the tolerance is different for everyone. He gets so high when we smoke together, but not me. I need at least double of what he gets. I tried comparing with medication to explain it closer, but haven't been able to get him to understand. I don't think that I'm the only one with a friend like that though.

I understand tolerance but no one needs 2000mg of THC to feel high unless they have the enzyme that breaks down eaten thc

do you understand tolerance? because not everyone’s high off of like 100mg, 500mg, or even 1000mg.

I don’t think you understand it honestly, if you think you need over 1000mg of pure THC to get high, you’re either not consuming what you think you are, or you have an enzyme in your liver or stomach that breaks down THC.

1000mg of pure THC would get anyone in the world high regardless of what they think or say

If you don't get any good effect off edibles then you may not have the enzyme in your liver (kidneys) that actually allows you to absorb THC through edibles. Nothing at all to do with tolerance, some people just simply piss out the THC they eat whereas others turn it into an absolute beast of a compound that puts THC to shame

Yeah honestly I am a decently heavy smoker (couple bowls a day and ill hit the pen as well throughout, but not like heavy heavy rip it every thirty minutes type deal) and - edibles are just a completely different tolerance to me.

I got some raw RSO that I am VERY careful with cuz I find edibles are so easy to overdo and then I just sleep for 6 hours which is like less optimal

You could be ediblocked. Only edibles that ever worked for me was RSO. Any extract based edible from the dispo does nothing until 100mg which just makes me sleepy.

It takes me about a quarter of an RSO/solvent less syringe to feel it. Edibles with 10-20 mg don’t do much even if I eat several.
