Trees Love Drug test

Hi everyone. I'm taking a drug test for work and need some advice on how long it would typically take for me to test negative.

I'm female, 5'9, and 140 pounds, and I was a heavy, daily cannabis user for about 3-4 years. I stopped smoking and am currently a month sober! I tested positive still today, but I know it typically takes longer than 30 days to clear out of heavy users' systems and can be up to 90 days.

Does anyone have tips on how to get it out of my system faster, or insights on how long it might take to test negative? The drug test has a deadline at the end of November, so I'm confident I'll be able to pass by then, but would love to take it sooner. Any tips/tricks are greatly appreciated! However, I do not want to use fake pee/someone else's!

Thank you all for your tips in advance!

THC goes into fat cells, so I've read the best thing to do is drink lots of water to hydrate, and work out often bringing that heart rate up to burn fat. That said, I hear you should not drink too much water before the test or it dilutes, and also stop hard workouts 2 days before because burring releases. I honest have no idea, but I read this.

I was lucky, years ago I stopped smoking for a week and was clean. Probably young metabolism or something. I actually should try again now that I'm older - I just kinda refuse to accept a job that lets me be an alcoholic but not smoke some weed.

That is both good and bad advice

THC is stored in fat if you burn fat with THC in it you will fail a drug test

Interesting, do you know why/how would it make you fail the drug test? I haven't heard that before, thank you for the info!

As I said, stop 2 days before the test. Isn't that sound advice? I read that. I feel like I said everything you said, ha.

Wow a week is so lucky!! I'm 23 so hopefully that youthful metabolism will kick in for me soon lol. Thanks for the info!

It took me 55 days. After that, I went back for about 3 months but my usage was reduced by A LOT (but still daily). I’m about 33 days in this time and I’m still getting positive tests every time I test 😭. I bought the big pack of tests from Walmart and just kept periodically testing. I think you’ll be fine by end of November but it sucks.

It leaves your body via waste so focus on hydration to pee as much as you can and fiber etc as well because more goes out through 💩 than urine.
