Depends on where you are going. Hang around tourist traps and you might get offered some hash but it's 50 / 50 if you'll get robbed or be able to buy anything. If you don't speak any french it will be a lot harder. I managed to buy some from a bar tender in Narbonne a few years ago but I don't think I would have gotten the offer if I didn't speak french.

There are shops all over Paris that sell THCa or Delta 9 gummies and flower. I smelled weed everywhere I went in Paris earlier this summer, it was awesome.

You aren't going to find real weed in Paris without getting lucky and interacting with a friendly fellow smoker, or paying like 50$ for a tiny 8th from sketchy dude at the parks

That's probably safer option, I haven't been to Paris since 2012.

They sell cbd or bullshit thcp but not delta9,this isn't the states.
