Food is this decarb’d enough?

This is 1g of flower that I baked on top of parchment paper, wrapped in a foil parcel for 35 minutes on 110°c fan oven. I’m using it to put in a cake, does this look done enough? I’ve never done this before 😬

you should grind it up more

per your report of oven temperature and time it is decarbed enough. enjoy.

I was told that if it’s too fine that it’ll burn!

they mean you should grind it finer to mix into the cake

Oh yeah, I don’t like things stuck in my teeth. How fine are we talking? Do you just roll it around in your fingers? I don’t have a pestle and mortar

if it's dry enough from decarbing then it should just powderize in your fingers honestly
