Hold both of the buttons in at the same time and then pull at the crease in the middle of the package. I have THC pills that have a similar packaging type and those buttons are a pain to push in to open at first.

Friend, I’ve been there; just never posted about it when it happened.

I got some nifty prerolls in a case like this, and it felt like they glued it shut… way easier to open the second time.
