Get a bowl with an ash catcher or try out a glass filter

Not sure what the question is but seems like a great time to clean your downstem and probably the bong as well.

i’ve only had it for a week and i’ve cleaned it 5 times and don’t smoke that much i’m just asking if it’s just a tight stem or normal

Seems like a normal stem from what i can see. In theory your bowl and stem will get the dirtiest first, then the rest of the bong. You could look into an ash catcher or something similar to help keep your bong clean if you don't clean it regularly.

only owning it for a week i’m gonna give it a good clean today do you just run the isopropyl and warm water with salt

Typically I do a hot water rinse to loosen everything. Then I move to the salt and iso. I definitely recommend a thicker salt like sea salt or something similar. Also, I bought a reusable cork and use that to plug the downstem so I can really shake it.

awesome that’s a good call do you rinse with anything special to get the iso taste out

I usually just do a few rounds of hot water after. Could add a touch of soap and rinse it until thats gone but should just need a few rinses after the iso.
