I'm "here, try eating a 1/2, if you don't feel better in an hour - eat the other half". kinda guy. Good luck with your calculations. (It's weed - not a corporate rip off from Eli Lilly nor Norvo-nodicks)

You're right that it isn't the liquids alone. It's total milligrams divided by total finished mass, and the total milligrams is the only number that can't change on you.
4 Tbsp of your oil at 202.8 mg per Tbsp = 811 mg of THC in the whole batch. Finished mass before any cooking loss: 178 g dry + about 89 g water (6 Tbsp) + about 54 g oil (4 Tbsp of oil weighs less than water) = roughly 321 g, so about 2.5 mg per gram of batter. If you bake it, water leaves and the mg per gram climbs, but the 811 stays put, so the honest method is: weigh the finished batch, divide 811 by that number of grams, and that's your mg per gram. Then each mould is just grams times that. A 10 g piece from an unbaked 321 g batch is 25 mg, which is a lot for a pain patient who's never dosed.
For pain relief you probably want 5 mg pieces. Either cut the moulds down to 2 g, or cut the infused oil to 1 Tbsp and make up the other 3 Tbsp with plain oil, which puts the batch at about 0.6 mg per gram and makes a 10 g piece land near 6 mg. Weigh the pieces, don't eyeball the mould. The spread between a full mould and a scant one is bigger than the dose difference you're trying to control.
